Responsibilities:

  • Provide tax and estate planning services to domestic clients using various trust instruments such as Non-Grantor Trusts, Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts, domestic Asset Protection Trusts, and Spousal Lifetime Access Trusts.
  • Advise foreign clients on the use of foreign trust arrangements.
