CISA LatAm is a Florida corporation registered with the Florida Office of Financial Regulation (OFR) as a Qualified Limited-Service Affiliate (QLSA), under Florida Statutes §663.531.
CISA LatAm is located in Miami, Florida, on Brickell Avenue in the heart of Miami’s financial district. Miami is the gateway to Latin America. Every major US banking institution that provides private banking services to Latin American clients is present in Miami, as well as Independent Asset Managers and Family Offices. In addition, many major law firms are present in Miami, advising international clients on private client matters, including estate planning, as well as cross-border and corporate transactional work. There are also a multitude of tax and accounting firms.Â
